His background as a first responder shaped AES's core philosophy: precision, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency in environments where safety and reliability are non-negotiable.

In addition to his public-service career, Trinidad has over 15 years of experience in residential construction — giving him a deep, practical understanding of building systems, materials, and long-term asset performance. This combination of field experience lets him approach exterior maintenance not just as a service, but as a strategic function that protects and enhances property value.

Through AES, Trinidad is leading a shift in how exterior assets are maintained — leveraging FAA-certified drone technology, eco-conscious solutions, and structured operational protocols to deliver safer, faster, and more efficient results than traditional methods.

As co-founder, Robert leads AES's drone operations, project execution, and service delivery — the on-site engine that turns scoped work into finished jobs.

A native Texan and career firefighter with 25 years of first-responder service, Robert brings the operational discipline of incident command to every AES jobsite. Two and a half decades of running calls in high-stakes environments shaped how he plans, briefs, and executes: clear roles, controlled pace, and a finished scene every time.

Robert pairs that fire-service background with 15 years in residential construction. Framing, finish work, and everything between — he understands buildings the way the people who build them do. That means he knows where water gets in, where surfaces fail, and what a property actually needs versus what just looks bad from the ground.

With over 15 years in residential and commercial real estate, Beau brings a property-first perspective to every AES engagement. As a licensed principal broker and certified home inspector — with hands-on experience in construction and remodeling — he understands how to protect and enhance property value from the ground up, not just at the surface.
