Austin
Austin is our home market. AES is headquartered in Dripping Springs, and the buildings we clean here are the ones we drive past every day: Class A glass along MoPac and at the Domain, limestone and cast stone on Congress and in West Campus, tilt-wall and metal in the Southeast industrial corridor, and the mid-rise multifamily that has gone up everywhere in between.

Houston is where AES executed its first contract: a 45,000-square-foot glass-and-concrete office facade in the Galleria area, finished in 18 crew hours with no lifts and no sidewalk closure. It is the metro with the most mid-rise glass in Texas, and the one where humidity makes exterior maintenance a schedule rather than a project.

San Antonio builds in stone. Limestone, cast stone and stucco carry the city's look from the Medical Center to Stone Oak to the River Walk, and they weather the same way: black streaking on shaded faces, efflorescence after wet winters, biological growth wherever irrigation reaches the wall. It is exactly the surface set our StoneRestore chemistry was built for.

DFW has more Class A glass than any market in Texas, from Uptown to Las Colinas to Legacy West, and more of it goes up every quarter. It also has the state's hardest hail season, the dust and wind that come with the prairie, and winter ice that works on sealant joints and facade panels. We are now taking on Dallas–Fort Worth work, from single buildings to portfolios.
