Aerial Efficient Solutions

Partners · B2B

Send the work
that’s not your work.

AES partners with Texas-based roofers, solar installers, HOA boards, commercial property managers, and facility-services companies on referral and white-label work. You keep the client. We handle the drone side, cleaning, inspection, aerial media. Everyone wins.

Why partner

The drone work is the bottleneck. We’re the unblock.

Most B2B partners we talk to have customers asking for things their crews aren’t built for: a roof inspection without a ladder, a solar array clean without a bucket truck, a facade wash without a lift. Refer it to AES and you stay focused on what you actually do.

Stay in your lane.

You're a roofer, an installer, a manager. Drone-based exterior work isn't your core business, but your customers ask for it anyway. Send those asks to us.

Keep the relationship.

We work as your subcontractor or your referral partner. The customer can stay yours; we just do the work. White-label invoicing available.

Earn on every closed job.

We're building out a structured referral program, fee structure, volume tiers, and exclusivity options. Get on the list early and we'll co-design the terms with you.

Texas-only, fully insured.

Who we partner with

Four types of partner. One drone-based engine.

Roofers & roofing contractors

We do the inspection. You do the replacement.

  • Pre-bid drone inspections, high-res imagery + thermal, without sending a crew up.
  • Storm-claim documentation packages your adjusters can actually use.
  • Refer roof + facade cleaning we deliver; we refer replacement and major repair work back to you.

Solar installers & solar O&M

Cleaning and thermal inspection, post-install.

  • Drone-based panel cleaning at scale, residential rooftops, commercial arrays, utility solar.
  • Thermal imaging to flag underperforming strings before the customer notices on their bill.
  • Faster commissioning walkthroughs and as-built documentation.

Property managers & HOA boards

Become the manager who actually solves exterior maintenance.

  • Recurring exterior cleaning, gutter clears, and condition inspections across your portfolio.
  • Single-vendor coverage for window washing, roof cleaning, facade cleaning, and inspection.
  • Documented before/after deliverables that close board questions and protect your reserve study.

Facility services & GCs

Sub the at-height work to a Part 107 crew.

  • Facade and roof cleaning on commercial portfolios you already manage, no scaffold rental, no lift permits.
  • Industrial coating prep, concrete cleaning, and post-construction exterior wash-down.
  • White-label-ready: we operate quietly under your brand if that's the relationship.

How it works

Four steps from hello to first job.

  1. 01

    Reach out

Send a message or book a 30-minute intro. Tell us which side of the business you're on and what your customers keep asking for.

  2. 02

    30-minute intro

We meet: coffee, Zoom, or your office. Goal: figure out whether AES fits your customer base and whether you fit ours.

  3. 03

    Scope the partnership

Referral, subcontract, or white-label. We co-design the terms, fee structure and volume agreement, to match the kind of work you'd send.

  4. 04

    First job together

Run a real project end-to-end. Document the deliverable, prove the workflow, then ramp.
