The situation
A mid-rise office in Houston's Galleria area with a full glass envelope and a concrete facade that had picked up years of exhaust film and organic staining. The alternative on the table was a swing-stage crew: days of equipment on the building, a closed sidewalk, and tenants watching a platform go past their windows.
What we did
AES flew the glass with our GlassPure two-stage process, a light surfactant wash followed by a deionized-water rinse that dries spot-free even in Houston humidity. The concrete got a surface-matched soft wash with runoff managed at grade. Landscaping and entries were photographed before the first pass.
The entire facade, 45,000 square feet, was completed in 18 crew hours over a single weekend with no equipment on the building and no interruption to the tenants.
The result, honestly
Spot-free glass and a visibly restored concrete facade, delivered in a weekend. This was AES's first executed contract, and the same client has since brought us back for a second property.
